Healthy Eating for LOSING Weight and BOOST Fertility

Since having my first son I struggled to lose the extra weight I picked up and also 2 years later struggled to fall pregnant.
I have since tried and tested everything on the market and nothing seem to be doing the job. I did a lot of research on what to eat and what not to eat and made my own eating plan. Since I started this I lost a total of 34 kg's. I look and feel healthy again even better that what I did before my pregnancy. I am also currently 6 months pregnant with a healthy body and mind and still to date following this eating plan.
So I decided to share the secret with other moms either trying to lose weight or trying to boost fertility.

First step is to get enough sleep.
Sleep is of vital importance. You must try your best to get at least 7 hours of sleep per night. No cellphones, laptops or any technology devices within 30 minutes of going to bed. I usually end my evening by drinking a cup of chamomile or rooibos tea 30 minutes before I go to bed.
I started with a KICK-START to get my body going and clean out all the junk it still has stored up for whatever reason. With the kick-start you have to be very strict and I put down the following ground rules for myself to assist in the progress I wanted to make:
No cheat meals for the first two weeks.
No coffee
No fizzy drinks
No meat
No sweeteners
Drink at least 4 cups of green tea a day
Drink 2 liters of water a day
Keeping portions as large as my fist
Doing some light exercises and stretches.
Now that you have set your mind on what you wish to accomplish and have made peace with the rules here is the eating plan I followed the first 5 days.
Day 1-3
Breakfast: Fruit & plain fat free yogurt
Snack: Small salad or mixed vegetables
Lunch: Starchy vegetables
Snack: Fruit salad
Dinner: Vegetables (grilled/stir-fry & mixed veg)
Day 4
Breakfast: Fruit & plain fat free yogurt & green tea smoothie
Snack: Vegetable & green tea smoothie
Lunch: Vegetable soup
Snack: Fruit & plain fat free yogurt smoothie
Dinner: Vegetable soup
Day 5
Breakfast: Fruit & plain fat free yogurt & green tea smoothie
Snack: Small salad or mixed vegetables
Lunch: Vegetable soup
Snack: Fruit salad
Dinner: Vegetable soup
Within the first 5 days in following the above guide I lost a total of 3.5 KG's. After the 5 days, I followed a strict eating plan of a combination of fruit, veg and meat. If you would be interested in the eating plan you can subscribe and I will send to you personally.
